Casa Morandi is an elegant building completed in 2022 located in via Sardegna, a stone's throw from the sea and convenient to services and evening strolls.

The MARE apartment is a cheerful two-room apartment located directly on the beach of San Vincenzo and a few steps from the lively city center. Across the street from the apartment there is a Conad supermarket and all the services (bakery, fish market, etc ..) and you can therefore enjoy your holidays without using the car, just walking everywhere.

The MARE apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, is located in the basement of Casa Morandi, with independent access via a ramp from the street level and is free on all four sides, with the living area to the west and the bedroom to the east. . Casa Morandi is located in the pedestrian area, so access by car is not allowed, there are convenient parking lots (with a parking disc in Corso Italia, free in via Aurelia Nord, for a fee in P.za Gramsci).

From Casa Morandi you have direct access to the Nettuno Beach, and you can choose between a free beach or equipped bathrooms for a fee.The Mare apartment has the access, internal doors and bathroom designed for guests with disabilities, who would benefit from the internal parking space .

From Casa Morandi there is direct access to Corso Italia and then to the promenade of shops and restaurants that leads to the center.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, while the outdoor areas are shared with the other guests of the house.
