Welcome to Casa Morandi

Casa Morandi is an elegant building completed in 2022 located in San Vincenzo, a stone's throw from the sea and convenient to services and evening strolls.

Casa Morandi is located in the pedestrian area, so access by car is not allowed, there are convenient parking lots (with a parking disc in Corso Italia, free in via Aurelia Nord, for a fee in P.za Gramsci).

From Casa Morandi you can directly access the Nettuno Beach and you can choose between a free beach or equipped bathrooms for a fee.

From Casa Morandi there is direct access to Corso Italia and then to the promenade of shops and restaurants that leads to the center.

 

Guests have exclusive access to the entire assigned apartment, while the outdoor areas are shared with the other guests of the house.
