Casa Morandi is an elegant building completed in 2022 located in via Sardegna, a stone's throw from the sea and convenient to services and evening strolls.

The CIELO Suite is an elegant three-room apartment located directly on the beach of San Vincenzo and a few steps from the lively city center. In front of the apartment across the street there is a Conad supermarket and all the services (bakery, fish market, etc ..) and you can therefore enjoy your holidays without using the car, just walking everywhere

The CIELO Suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is located on the first floor of Casa Morandi, with a flight of stairs for access with respect to the street level and is free on all four sides, with the living area to the south and the two north facing rooms overlooking the Nettuno beach. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, sink, oven, dishwasher, air conditioning and dining table and chairs. Master bedroom with king size bed, dressers, air conditioning and internet TV. Second bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning. WiFi access with password. To complete an elegant bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and the use of an outdoor area with chairs, table and umbrella and sun loungers.
